When one of our existing clients in Ponsonby (who had his house fully automated by SKOPIK the year before) purchased an EV and wanted a Fast Charger installed in his Garage, SKOPIK were there to work through the different Makes / Models with him, giving advice on which one to purchase and then installing the charger in the Garage connecting it back to his Automation system.
Skopik provided an all-in-one Smart Home solution for this Ponsonby home where pre-wiring, hardware installation and future-proofing was key. Our client had requested a simple-to-use, yet comprehensive system including Audio-Visual, CCTV, Access Control, Security and Wireless.
Matakana House is currently being used as a holiday home, which required a ‘lock up and leave’ solution that gave our client the ability to monitor the house remotely.
Skopik were bought in to design the IT, Audio Visual, Electrical and Security during the complete refurbishment of a 1900’s 5-bedroom, 3 level house, complete with a pool and 3 separate living areas.
With the house being a very multi-use property, we were required to design a solution that was both functional now, but could also be built on or changed for the generations to come.
Skopik was brought in to scope the IT, Audio Visual and Security of a brand-new 5-bedroom, 2-level house with a pool and spa. We sat with the client and worked through the needs and wants of both the husband and wife until we found common ground. We then designed and implemented a complete solution that has not only kept both extremely happy, but has wowed their friends and family when they visit.
