With patients, nurses and doctors coming and going 24/7 through every Hospital in the country, personal safety is a major factor for Southern Cross Hospitals.
As they are the home to millions of dollars of surgical equipment and drug and treatment rooms throughout each location, this puts equipment and product accountability high on their priority list. Therefore, Southern Cross looked to a company that could not only supply Access Control and CCTV systems, but scope and design a complete integrated system linking every hospital in the country together including with their Head Office in Auckland.

- Link every hospital together to Southern Cross’s Head Office (Data Centre) to allow seamless fault finding, services, adds, moves and changes.

The state of the art audio visual system is what sets this venue apart from the rest. The sports bar features a total of 11 screens, including a 15m x 1.2m curved LED screen above the bar, a 3.5m x 2.4m LED main viewing wall, a 5.2m x 1.8m dedicated LED racing wall and a 2m x 1.6m video wall and two 85-inch and five 65-inch televisions.

As SKOPIK had worked with Vector looking after their IT infrastructure and technology relocations for a number of years, when it came time to move to their brand-new building in Carton Gore Rd, SKOPIK were the obvious choice to complete the new Cat6a Data and Fibre Cabling installation.
